Went there just for the spa area. The service was mediocre, both jacuzzis didn't work - and no one mentioned that when selling the entry. And no, this wasnt incidental, the spa reception was well aware of it and it was no new issue :) It's was simply clearly mismanaged.

Place it's very nice, modern but also with great rustic accents. The rooms and sheet are clean, the hotel is in very good shape. The breakfast was also good and diverse. The only two complains that I have is that the windows does not have mosquito net so it's a bit hard to ventilate and let some fresh air inside the room without have some "visitors", and the second thing is the noise from the small fridge inside the room. During the night outside is very quiet and the fan is a bit too loud for me and there isn't an easy way to stop it.

I loved different saunas and jacuzzi on the air. Incredible! Especially in winter) I didn't book an apartment, just visited spa complex. And it is cute. I wonder that I cant order tea in swimming and sauna area, but it is ok. Hot swimming pool for children, 2 jacuzzis for adult. I do recommend!

Very nice staff, nice atmosphere, had a great red borsch soup for 3 EUR and very tasty trout.for 10eur.

Really nice Hotel. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are good. Location is excellent, river really near, garden that allows activities (exercise, kids playground).

During my summerholidays in 2015 I've stayed five nights in this cosy hotel. The room was good enough, breakfast is excellent, facilities (swimmingpool, spa) are good, friendly & helpfull staff. The hotel is easy to access and to find, also it is well located for your hikes in the lovely Babia Gora area. It's an hotel I would recommend to stay and would return to.
